Orders sent by 5-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. We recommend choosing 5-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping if you are shipping your package to a business address.

Personalizing an item requires additional delivery time for your entire order. All orders that include Make Your Own items will leave our warehouse within 2 to 4 days of order placement. All delivery schedules (listed below) are in addition to the 2 to 4 day timeframe for order completion. Once your entire order is completed, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the FedEx tracking information.
Make Your Own items cannot be returned or exchanged.
